Another VERY REAL possibility:
In the process of VERY INTENSIVE secret War between the same — Germany finally manages to force Russia into THE REAL (not bluffing) blackmail and give USA the (REAL) ULTIMATUM: choose between LARGE ENOUGH (at least equal to the German afterwar losses in the W.Zone) «pandemic» human losses or face a Russian — limited, but very destructive strike (most probably — EM strike) — which would be preferable to Russia than the Germany-given alternative: a united NATO war on Russia, or a complete blockade of Russia until its economy INCL. MILITARY is utterly destroyed, after which — very probable occupation. Even if Russia would start in response an all-out war — NATO would come out the victor, which is very well understood by the Russian ruling classes/all her political forces.
In such a case — Germany makes a very good means to effectuate such «pandemic» losses: The Virus — which is treated as easily as a simple pneumonia (the virus ITSELF DOES NOT KILL — it only (1) GREATLY facilitates the action of the bacteria causing pneumonia), at the same time (2) being ITSELF as contagious as plague.

NB: what would seem to be in favor of this version — Germans, not understanding too well the American mentality, fit all the developments EXACTLY (so much exactly that it cannot be a mere coincidence) in the US Presidential campaign, anticipating by that to create in American masses an overwhelming antipathy towards Trump — as SURELY would happen in Germany and most EU countries, drowned in their satanism.
BUT NOT IN AMERICA (OR RUSSIA, incidentally) — because TODAY Europe's Wings are her (almost) only parts that still remain truly European, still retaining truly European/White mentality — which makes them much more unite and support their CURRENT leaders in harsh times (in today's Germany — an antipode of the REAL Germany until killed in battle: Hitler was the superhero to Germans even up until 1968) — while Merkel would be swept away like piece of trash if 1 mln Germans should die of such a disease under her being in command.
